Prostate Ultrasound Instructions

Use a Fleets Enema one hour and a half before leaving home the day of the procedure.

Take one (1) antibiotic at breakfast the day of the procedure.

You may eat a light meal before the procedure (toast, juice, coffee).

All blood thinners should be stopped 10 days prior to procedure.

IF YOU ARE ON PLAVIX, COUMADIN, ASPIRIN, VITAMIN E, IBUPROFEN OR OTHER ARTHRITIS MEDS, OR FISH OIL OMEGA-3, PLEASE NOTIFY US TODAY BEFORE LEAVING OUR OFFICE.
